Cancellation and Refund Policies

MSSA does not refund individual or agency member dues. 

In-person Events

MSSA does not refund registration fees for in-person events unless MSSA receives written notification of cancellation 3 weeks prior to the event. There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds.

In some circumstances, refunds may not be available. In these cases, the specific refund policy will be listed on the registration information. 

Event registration fees can be transferred to another eligible person. Individual memberships are non-transferrable.

Virtual Events

MSSA does not refund registration fees for virtual events unless MSSA receives written notification of cancellation 24 hours prior to the event. If adequate notice is not provided, you will be billed for the amount due. Registrants receive links to the recorded online sessions after the live event ends regardless of whether they attended the live event or not.
