Why do some people move confidently in the direction of their dreams while others seem to be stuck in neutral? A common thought pattern is that others with confidence are simply born that way. In this talk we’ll unpack the simple actions, triggers, and habits that will allow and empower you to act courageously. One of the most courageous acts you can perform is having authentic conversations. What you’ll find is through the application of this discipline you will begin to build the courage that is the foundation of confidence. You will leave this talk with the tools, formula, and awareness of how to speak your truth while creating a space for others to express their position. Join Julian Scadden in this presentation to a more confident, and powerful you!
