Conference Program Ad: Half-page full color ad in printed conference program book. The deadline for a program ad has closed. As of 2/7, agencies wishing to purchase a Leader sponsorship will instead receive an Agency Spotlight in MSSA's Weekly E-News.
Lunch Buffet Vouchers: Eight (8) complimentary lunch buffet vouchers for March 15-17 (each voucher is valid for one lunch, per person).
Passport Destination Booth: New this year! Attendees will be actively seeking your booth: they will ask you to scan their conference app's QR code with your smartphone to be entered into an MSSA hosted raffle. In return, you receive their contact information to generate leads.
Track Sponsor: Get your organization in front of an audience interested in a specific topic. Track sponsors will be acknowledged before each session in a selected track. In-person track sponsors will be acknowledged before four sessions in a selected topic. Sponsor's logo will be listed in conference app next to the session title and their name will be listed in the session description. Conference educational sessions are divided into "tracks" by the following topics, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Social Media Spotlight: We will post a thank-you image on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages, featuring your logo as well as a caption summarizing the work your organization does.

Tote Bag Insert - $1,085: Amplify your message by including an insert in MSSA's conference tote bags! The sponsoring organization provides 3,000 copies of their insert, plus a PDF version for download to be distributed to virtual-only participants.
Quiet Workspace - $1,550: Although we'd like to think that attendees are able to disconnect with their work obligations during the conference, we know this isn't always the case. That's why we provide a quiet space for participants and exhibitors to access tables, chairs, and plug-in outlets. Use this sponsorship opportunity to get your branding in front of health and human services employees and organizations. Your name and logo will be displayed in the room.
Lactation Lounge - $1,545: The Lactation Lounge sponsor will have the opportunity to get their branding in front of caregivers in this heavily utilized suite. Your name and logo will be displayed in the room. Suite users will check out their own keycard for the entire conference, so after the conference, we can provide the number of caregivers who have seen your branding!
Meditation Room - $1,340: The Meditation Room is the conference's designated calm space. Get your branding in front of people when they are feeling their most relaxed. Your name and logo will be displayed in the room.
Celebration of Excellence - $550: Our emcee will acknowledge your brand at the start of the Celebration of Excellence reception and your name and logo will be displayed at the event. Attendance is made up of award and scholarship recipients, their guests, and MSSA's key leadership. Around 75 people in attendance.
April's Live Webinars - $275: We will acknowledge your brand at the start of one of our live webinars, held every Thursday in April, which are included in all conference registration options. We will also add your logo to the webinar recording's cover image for people who access it on demand.
