Our theme: All (in) Together

The important work of change-making is a collective effort.

It’s in partnership with peers, colleagues, and the people we serve that we can share tools, impart knowledge, and develop the skills necessary to understand the full scope of our challenges and develop well-rounded and holistic solutions.

It’s in connection with those whose experiences or identities differ from our own that we can leverage our diverse perspectives to enrich our work, strengthen our organizations, and grow personally.

It’s in community, united by a common purpose, that we find support, hope, and the power of our collective influence.

This year’s conference is focused on the importance of being all in—committing to your role in change-making—and being all together—collaborating with others in health and human services (and beyond!) to lead the way forward and make meaningful and lasting impact.
